Today I had Alana give me an MVP haircut. She did an excellent job, and spent extra time brushing out my Santa beard. I have never been disappointed coming to this location, but today the service was exceptional.

Went here for years, even driving across the valley just for this location. Haircuts are great but you’ve got about a 50/50 chance of Jessica being in a decent mood or not. After months of seeing it and how it affects everyone around her, it gets old. I’ll go anywhere else from now on

I won't ever go back. Melissa's attitude was that she would have rather been ANYWHERE else but there. She should probably get some other job that she doesn't hate. I called ahead and got my name put on the list, but when I showed up everyone was busy so I just signed in on the terminal too. When it was my turn, sure enough I was on the list twice. Melissa stated that's impossible since the policy is only online reservations are allowed, never over the phone, and so I could not have possibly done what I described, that no one in the shop would have ever put me on the list over the phone. So she basically told me I was wrong, or lying, or whatever. But there I was, on the list twice. Then she argued with me regarding what I wanted done with my haircut, then rushed through it as fast as possible.
